President
Don Goldy
With more than 50 years of experience in Utah's construction industry, Don Goldy has built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
Don's construction career began in high school through a trade school masonry program at Cottonwood High School, where he learned the art and discipline of brick masonry. From those early years, he worked alongside builders and industry professionals, gaining hands-on experience in construction, development, and real estate. His dedication to learning every aspect of the industry ultimately led him to become a Licensed General Contractor.
Over the decades, Don has successfully managed and completed projects of every size and scope, from custom residential homes and remodels to specialized commercial and professional office construction. Known for his organization, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction, Don takes pride in guiding clients through every phase of the building process. His practical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and approachable personality have earned him the trust of homeowners, business owners, and industry professionals throughout Utah.
Don is an active member of the Better Business Bureau, Draper Area Chamber of Commerce, Salt Lake Home Builders Association, and Salt Lake Board of Realtors. He is fully licensed and bonded (License #HOCC-6885-2023).
Originally from the Kentucky and Ohio region, Don's family relocated to Utah during his high school years, and he has proudly called Utah home ever since. Outside of construction, Don is an avid outdoorsman who lives for hunting season and calm days on the water with a fly rod in hand.
Don and his wife, Robyn, have been married for over 51 years. Together they have raised four children, welcomed seven grandchildren, and their two beloved grand-dogs.
At Corner Canyon Construction, Don brings decades of experience, personal attention, and a commitment to doing things right. His favorite business-related quote is:
The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.
